Yeah, if it is something they really can use then it can be really good for your business relationship. Something they will use all the time and doesn’t fall apart. And not too cheap or else it will feel like promotional crap and not a real gift.

I was given a folding travel alarm clock by a company once, and it was really one of the best cheap little gifts I’ve gotten. I travel for work, and I’ve missed a meeting or two because of the hotel wakeup call. Now I havent missed one since!
